A Family Business Built on Fraud
Ronnie Glynn's wife, sister-in-law, and stepdaughter ran a network of eight home health care agencies that unlawfully billed Medicaid for home nursing care.¹ The state Attorney General called it a brazen, orchestrated scheme to cheat taxpayers.¹
The scheme included billing for services never provided, kickbacks to recruit Medicaid patients, and forged timecards.² Glynn's wife, sister-in-law, and stepdaughter faced multiple felony counts — theft by swindle and racketeering.¹
Bottom line: While his own family was running a Medicaid fraud operation, Ronnie Glynn was in the legislature — voting against the very policies that protect Tennesseans from crime.

Ronnie Glynn Put Criminals Before Public Safety
Refused to vote to increase penalties on child rapists³
Voted against increased school safety measures — including a bill to let teachers protect students and themselves from school shooters⁴
Went AWOL on a vote to toughen sentences for murder, rape, aggravated robbery, aggravated kidnapping, terrorism, carjacking, and aggravated child abuse⁵
Bottom line: When it came time to stand up for victims and public safety, Ronnie Glynn sat it out.

He Won't Even Vote to Fix Our Traffic
Clarksville sits in traffic every day — the grocery store, school pickup lines, and don't even think about Nashville. Ronnie Glynn refused to even bother voting on the Transportation Modernization Act, which added $3.3 billion to fix our roads.⁶ The plan included widening I-24 near the Kentucky state line, upgrades to SR-48, and Montgomery County road improvements.
He also voted NO on another $2.2 billion in infrastructure and road projects.⁷
Bottom line: Ronnie Glynn had the chance to fix our traffic nightmare. He chose gridlock instead.
